We know that the times when you want to talk to somebody about your computer because you need help are generally not always going to be convenient, so we’ve organised help for you, covering you, your computer, the broadband internet service, your software and e-safety for your children.

You get peace of mind knowing that whenever you have a problem there is somebody you can speak to immediately in order to help you solve the problem and continue to get full use from your system.

This service is available to you for 12 months from your purchase, and can be extended further (as a chargeable option) should you choose to. You do not need to make this decision to extend until towards the end of the first year.
